- All sale items are final. There are no exceptions at any given time.
Refunds and Processing.
- Refunds aren't given at any time, unless there is a manufacturing issue.
- If there is a manufacturing issue this will be reviewed by our design team. When approved we will begin processing the return.
- Refunds are not processed until the original items are received in their original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All customers are liable for their own shipping / COD fees.
- We do accept exchanges at this time.
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of successful deliver date.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Isla Grey hangtags, attached.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Hair accessories, hats, earrings, underwear cannot be returned.
- All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees [including COD].
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.islagrey.co.
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat Store Credit like cash.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
- Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit never expires.

North American. Hassle-Free Returns.
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Exchanges and store credits; All returns most have the original tags and packaging. If the customer has failed to provide the following, there will be a restocking fee of $9.99, which will be deducted from the amount.
- Contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so that our team to start the return process.
- Package the items exactly how they were sent to you, un-washed with all original tags still attached.
- Drop off at your nearest UPS/USPS location.
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
